- By entering this promotion, a participant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promotion is open to all new newsletter subscribers of Adventure Travel 365.
- The promotion will award five new newsletter subscribers with a free one-year subscription to Explore Luxury Magazine (Digital Issues).
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify users with suspicious registration details, as well as duplicate accounts.
- The participation period will end at exactly 11:59 pm on December 17, 2022, MST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
9. The five winners will be chosen at random by December 21, 2022, using a random picker program. All entries received and verified will be included in the selection pool.
10. The winners will be notified through their given email addresses by December 28, 2022. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
